Sosolid2k.co.uk User Accounts/Profiles (3rd January 2009)
As mentioned in the previous news post, users can now register for their own profile on the site!
All you need to do is fill in a simple form and a profile will be created for you. You will then be able to log into your account and add some info to your profile, such as a video, info about yourself and more.
Profiles are ranked based on how many submission tokens you have, with the top 10 having their profile links on the homepage. Currently the only way to get submission tokens is to submit information for monster guides, which you can do here. More methods to gain points will be added in the future and more ways to promote your profile via the site through future planned stuff.
There are still a few finishing touches that need to be made, such as help pages, they will be added as soon as possible for anyone that gets stuck.

User Profiles Updated (31st December 2008)
The user profiles have been updated to match the new site design and have had a few extra features added too.
They will now have bigger, high quality videos embedded on them, your runescape stats will be displayed, visitors will be able to leave comments, you can see what the member is up to via Twitter (if enabled) and a video playlist is also available on every profile with more videos for people to watch.
You can check out the profiles by clicking one of the links inside the yellow box to the right.
More content will likely be added to the profiles in future, if you would like to suggest anything you think would be good to add to the pages please suggest it here
I'm currently working on a system to enable users to edit their profiles, and register for their own, so it should make them a lot easier for people to access and maintain, along with more stuff to put on them!
