I get asked a lot about video quality and what settings I use to render them, so I’ve added my video rendering guide to the site (was originally on the forums).

It covers a few things that people get stuck with when rendering and should hopefully be of use to anyone that makes videos and wants to improve the quality.

Note: Quality is also affected by your recording program, I personally use fraps and would recommend it for high quality videos (it is not free software though).
